Foreign intervention sabotages talks: Hafiz Saeed

LAHORE: Head of Jamaat ud Dawa Hafiz Saeed Ahmed has said that two nation theory is the base of Pakistan and it will remain as base of our country. He said that the foreign intervention were sabotaging peace talks process , while India is intervening in Sindh and Baluchistan to create trouble for Pakistan.

Addressing to a seminar regarding the Pakistan Day, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed said that it is the policy of US to do propaganda against any country and then attacks on that country. Peace talks have started in Pakistan and will continue with great hopes.

“Along with Taliban other militant organization has announced ceasefire.” he said.

He further said that all the issues between Muslims are solved through talks and I have been saying from the very first day that there should be talks with Taliban.

“Pakistan is in its difficult phase, we would remove the religious differences and save Pakistan.” he added.

I SLAMABAD: Three female students of International Islamic University Islamabad made it to the television headlines on Saturday as a court bailiff recovered them from the university hostel where they were allegedly confined by the administration. The university administration however denied the charges strongly, arguing the students were expelled from hostel through disciplinary action, but they opted to lock themselves up in hostel rooms and create the mess through electronic media coverage. Neelum Jehan, Romana and Hiba were allegedly confined by the hostel administration Friday evening with no food and water, and the bailiff recovered them after more than 18 hours of confinement. Cabinet meeting: Govt’s final decision about Taliban likely today

ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet meet got underway in Islamabad today (Tuesday) to discuss key national issues, including the process of dialogue with Taliban and options of military action against them, media reported. According to sources, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar will table the five-year National Security Policy before the cabinet for approval. He would brief the cabinet about the overall law and order situation in the country as well as measures being taken to combat militancy. Sources said that important decisions regarding dialogue with Taliban and action against militants in North Waziristan are also likely to be made during today’s session. They added that the prime minister would take cabinet members in confidence about negotiations with the Taliban and the government future course of strategy.
