Jhagra injures in a traffic accident in Jhang

JHANG: Zafar Iqbal Jhagra General Secretary of PML (N) was injured along with his three companions in a traffic accident on Multan Road.
Top leader of ruling government in center and provincial was in a serious condition in GHQ Hospital Jhang , but not a single person from district administrations and police was there to take care of him, hence, local MNA Sheikh Muhammed Akram’s son Fawad Akarm with his private guards were there for his protection and care.
According to sources, General Secretary of PML (N) was travelling from Jhang to Peshawar while his vehicle collided with a tractor trolly near Doli Shaheed Kat which caused him severe head injuries while his three associates were also severely injured.
Rescue 1122 reached at the accident spot and shifted the injured immediately to DHQ Hospital Jhang where his condition is said to be stable.

I SLAMABAD: Three female students of International Islamic University Islamabad made it to the television headlines on Saturday as a court bailiff recovered them from the university hostel where they were allegedly confined by the administration. Cabinet meeting: Govt’s final decision about Taliban likely today

ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet meet got underway in Islamabad today (Tuesday) to discuss key national issues, including the process of dialogue with Taliban and options of military action against them, media reported. According to sources, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar will table the five-year National Security Policy before the cabinet for approval. He would brief the cabinet about the overall law and order situation in the country as well as measures being taken to combat militancy. Sources said that important decisions regarding dialogue with Taliban and action against militants in North Waziristan are also likely to be made during today’s session.
