ISLAMABAD: Special Court has disallowing former President Pervez Musharraf to go abroad on Monday said his name was entered in Exit Control List by government not court and government could only decide his fate. Musharraf wants to go abroad for looking after his mother, who is hospitalized in Shariah.
Court in its order said that his name was entered in Exit Control List (ECL) by government not court as he was not in court custody.
Court further said ” Government has imposed bar on him and government can only remove his name from ECL as Musharraf is not in court custody, therefore the case is not in court jurisdiction.”
